Sonja’s inspiration for her delicious recipe? She loves to cook! Sonja shared a very memorable “OMG” adventure in parenting with me:
“After many sleepless nights with two babies 1 year apart… I had FINALLY got everyone to bed and then realized that I had forgotten to brush my teeth….. So I stumbled into the bathroom, keeping the light dim, so not to wake everyone again… opened the flip cap of toothpaste (so I thought) and half asleep, began brushing. Hmmmmmm… What a strange “Crisco-like” feeling!!! It only took a few seconds to realize that I was brushing my teeth with the flip cap tube of Desitin!!! Eeeeewwww!!!! It took ALOT of toothpaste and lots of spitting to remove and it never did come out of my toothbrush! (Trash can!!) One of MANY….OMG moments!!!!…..”
